I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel! The general areas were beautifully designed with a bright and stylish interior, creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and at ease in this environment. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent for senior people like myself, with easy access to all areas and facilities.

If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and responsive to our needs. Sometimes it felt like they were too busy or distracted, and as senior guests, it would have been nice to receive a little more personal attention and assistance.

They promised our room ld be cleaned everyday after that but they did not do a full clean. The wifi was only wireless in the lobby and was very slow..

The rooms are brand-new and a nice size, with aircondition, a table and chairs, for example provided. The location is convenient and ideal and just next door to airport and town, the beach or bordeaux, and Bordeaux and the coast.

The rooms here are clean and come with convenient amenities like a kitchenette and air conditioning, plus the staff is friendly and accommodating.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They do speak English. I needed help with setting up my Internet, and a network technician came to my room immediately and did everything fast and professionally.
