I absolutely loved the decoration of this hotel! The general areas were beautifully designed with a bright and stylish interior, creating a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and at ease in this environment. The hotel's accessibility was also excellent for senior people like myself, with easy access to all areas and facilities.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation better for senior people, it would be for the staff to be more attentive and responsive to our needs. Sometimes it felt like they were too busy or distracted, and as senior guests, it would have been nice to receive a little more personal attention and assistance.

The room was large and comfortable.
The room was not clean when we arrived and we had to ask to have the bathroom cleaned before we could use it. The staff did not question us and cleaned the room. They promised our room ld be cleaned everyday after that but they did not do a full clean. The wifi was only wireless in the lobby and was very slow..

Handy for airport. good base for exploring region, poor for local restaurants within walking distance.
Poor finishing of interiors, lack of basic supplies.

The rooms are brand-new and a nice size, with aircondition, a table and chairs, for example provided. The location is convenient and ideal and just next door to airport and town, the beach or bordeaux, and Bordeaux and the coast.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Bordeaux airport and had a fantastic experience. the hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail by the staff was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also a major plus, as the hotel is situated in a bustling shopping street near the maison du vins. Additionally, the rooms were equipped with a kitchenette, which came in handy for preparing meals. Lastly, the presence of air conditioning was a relief during the hot summer days.
Despite my overall pleasant stay, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon.

large suite, good kitchen facilities, nice bathroom, good pool.
wouldn't stay for a holiday as location not great but ok for a stop off. Floor had been swept and looked clean but feet were black after a few minutes as it needed to be mopped

The hotel's location is convenient for those who need to be close to the airport. The rooms are well-equipped with air conditioning, TV and internet, making our stay very comfortable. The pool area is also a nice touch, and there is a nearby supermarket for convenience.
We were disappointed with some aspects of the hotel. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and we often had to reconnect and explain to reception that we had paid for a full week. Also, the shower lacked a proper shield, making the bathroom floor wet after every use. Despite these issues, the hotel is still a decent option for a short stay, especially if you need to be close to the airport.
